Sam's 500 Classic Bobber

Started to build this bike some time ago. A good customer of ours heard that i was building it so I decided to sell it to him.
The bike started life as a standard 500 Classic kick start model. I had the crank lightened and balanced, cylinder head has been gas flowed, belt drive primary with a dry clutch, all the electrics have been tucked away in a compartment built into the base of the tank. Exhaust is a one off, wheel rims have been powdered coated, side mounted number plate. Most of the fabrication has been done by ourselves here at Oxfordshire Royal Enfield. We hope Sam enjoys the ride.



EFI Classic Bobber

Standard bike, which was our demonstrator. Thought i would change the look as i needed another bike to take to a show.
This took us about 2-3 days to complete. Replaced the rear subframe (fabricated to fit the bike) shortened the rear mudguard, mounted the rear indicators on the old subframe mountings, which tidied it up nicely. Fitted a fish tail exhaust, changed the handle bars amd fitted a small screen. All Parts we can supply on request.

500cc Classic Kickstart Bobber

Build started with just a frame and engine. We used the front end from an Electra, a long range tank and modified rear sub frame. The bars were sourced from a Californian company and we cut 2 inches from the ends. Even shortened these are extremely wide! Further parts included an Amal carb, upswept exhaust and electrics fitted into a slimline toolbox.

500cc Electra Sportsman Cafe Racer

Built onto a 2004 'Sportsman' already in production cafe style. We first raised the gearing with a larger front sprocket. We fitted an elongated ally tank, continental seat unit, clip ons, rear sets, seperate lamp and nacelle, our own style shortened exhaust and shortened ally rear fender. Still to be done is the front fender, plastic coated rims and black hubs with black lower fork legs.

500cc E-start Bobber

We have always used kickstart models in the past. This was our first E-start custom as several of our customers had made the request. Built with shortened rear sub, wide T140 export bars. This model has no tool boxes as all electrics are centred under the seat. A fishtail exhaust, Amal carb, bespoke small LED and plate mount and a standard tank.
